The Ksar Sidi l'Houari was constructed between the Zaouia (a complex of buildings for Sufi ceremonies) with the same name and the tomb of it's founder, a holly personality who came from Fès in the middle of the 19.th century. The inhabitants speak Arabic and consider themselves as descendents of this Saint. In the Zaouia, recognizable by it's elegant minaret made of soil, we find a mausoleum, a Koran school, a mosque and a library. They celebrate an important Sufi music festival once a year.
